What is your home worth?

Tell us the address and we value it: a current range, the estimated rent, the house’s recorded sales and how its value has moved with the local market over the years. It is kept in your account and updated when the market moves.

How the value is made

The current value is an estimate with a range, from recent comparable sales and the house’s own facts. Its history applies the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s house price index for our area to that value, so it shows how the market around the house moved, not what any one year’s buyer would have paid. Recorded sales of the house are shown as they happened.

An estimate is not an appraisal. For a sale or a refinance, ask us for a full market analysis.

Thinking of selling?

An estimate starts the conversation. A walk-through finishes it.

Condition, upgrades and the last few sales on your street decide the real number. That part we do together, in person.
