We have tried to write these documents so they can actually be read. Where something is a genuine limitation, a figure that is an estimate, a page that is not yet audited, a request your browser makes to a third party, we say so rather than leaving it out.

What we collect, what we do not, and what you can ask us to do about it.

In short: this site runs no advertising trackers and does not store your IP address. It counts visits itself, without cookies. It sets cookies only when you use the "Cookie choices" link or sign in. Google is involved only in the address report's search box and the listings map, and YouTube only in blog videos; you can switch all of them off, and a Global Privacy Control signal switches them off for you. Otherwise we keep what you type into a form or save in your account, plus a record of the consent you gave. California residents' rights are in §8.

Every cookie and every item of browser storage this site uses, what each is for, how long it lasts and how to switch the optional ones off. If you never sign in, we set no cookies at all.

Attribution for every photograph on this site, with author, source, and a link to the licence. Publishing this is a condition of the Creative Commons licences we rely on, not a courtesy.

Reporting a security issue

Found a vulnerability? Email support@ateam.homes, see also /.well-known/security.txt. We will acknowledge your report, keep you updated, and will not pursue action against researchers acting in good faith: test only against your own account, do not access or change other people's data, do not degrade the site, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it.
